    Jam is our own luxury 5 bedroom house that we built for comfort and enjoyment.

    We have been going to Niseko since 2004 and take pride in offering Jam to our guests when we are not there enjoying the resort.

  • Bookings

    We are accepting bookings for a usual minimum of 3 days or fewer where there is availability between bookings.

    Jam House is a whole house rental only.
    We require 20% deposit and the balance by Nov 1 prior to season start.

     

    Rate for current season
    Whole house standard rate is $AUD2,300/night
    Sleeps up to 12 persons in 5 bedrooms:

    4 double/twin rooms & 1 quad room

    If you book directly with us we are cheaper than our Airbnb listing and only need a deposit to book before Nov.

    No luck on dates? Try our Niseko Lodge - Our ski lodge that sleeps up to 16 persons in 6 bedrooms located in Hirafu lower village. It is a whole lodge rental also.
